for your entire household in a select group of quality discount programs. Upon enrollment, you will be mailed an ID card along with detailed
information on each benefit. To ENROLL or learn more about the benefits of membership, select the products to the right. You will be directed
to a secure web site. The annual Cost for the Best Benefits Package is $29. |

The plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services.
